Return and Inspection Policy
Firearm Transfer Rules
Before completing ATF Form 4473 and finalizing the transfer of any firearm, you must fully inspect the firearm. Once ATF Form 4473 is completed, the inspection period ends and there will be NO RETURNS, CREDITS, OR REFUNDS WHATSOEVER.
By transferring the firearm, you are accepting the following:
- Correct: The firearm you selected is the firearm you purchased.
- Finish: The firearm's finish matches the photos in the auction.
- Function: All parts of the firearm work properly unless otherwise stated in the auction (including magazines, safeties, cylinders, etc.).
If any of these are not what you expected, STOP. DO NOT PROCEED with ATF Form 4473, and contact us immediately. There are no exceptions to these rules.
Standard Inspection Period
- We offer a 3-day inspection period beginning the day the item is delivered to your transfer FFL dealer.
- You must inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer and before taking it home. Once the firearm is transferred into your name, returns and exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
Return Requirements
- The firearm must not have been transferred into your name.
- The 3-day inspection period must not have expired.
- The firearm must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to returned firearms.
Additional Policies
- Stock Photos: Some listings may use stock photos. Used guns and guns with wood stocks typically show actual photos.
- C&R Licenses: Accepted for eligible firearms as determined by the ATF. Some state restrictions apply (for example, California).
- Compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the item is legal to own, possess, and use in the buyer's jurisdiction.
- Test Firing: New firearms are proof-tested by the manufacturer. Used firearms are visually inspected but not test-fired. We recommend having a used firearm inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.
- Product Availability: We operate a full-time business, and items may occasionally sell out or sell in-store before an auction closes. If that happens, you will be notified right away.
